Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates. By placing an order, you agree to our separate Shipping & Returns Policy, which includes:
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Some sale items may be final sale
- Classes and event registrations may be subject to different cancellation policies
Payment & Taxes

All payments must be made at the time of purchase using approved payment methods. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method. You are responsible for any applicable taxes based on your location.

Participation in Rudy’s classes or events is subject to availability and specific terms. Please review individual event pages for registration deadlines, cancellation policies, and refund eligibility.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the **State of Idaho**, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in **Twin Falls County, Idaho**. You waive any objection to such jurisdiction and venue.
Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time and for any reason, including violations of these Terms. If feasible, we will attempt to provide prior notice. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will immediately cease.
