Shipping and Returns Policy

1. Shipping Policy

Rudy's ships products domestically within the United States from our Twin Falls, Idaho location. We strive to process and ship all orders efficiently, but shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

  1. Processing and Handling Time

    All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

    Orders containing personalized items, custom-made products, or items requiring specialized crating (like large appliances) may require additional processing time as noted on the product page.

  2. Shipping Methods and Delivery

    We use major carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) for delivery. Available shipping methods and estimated transit times are presented at checkout.

    Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for all products purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. This means Rudy's is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery to the provided address. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance (if offered) for high-value items.

    Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method of your order.

    Accuracy of Address: You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses may incur re-shipping fees if returned to us.

  3. International Shipping

    At this time, Rudy's does not offer international shipping.

2. Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns and refunds policy distinguishes between standard merchandise and specialized products/services.

  1. Standard Merchandise Returns (e.g., Cookware, Gadgets, Mixes)

    Eligibility Window: You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date.

    Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and protective materials intact, and in resaleable condition. Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage will be rejected.

    Return Process:

    • Contact Rudy's Customer Service at (208) 733-5477 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number may be delayed or refused.
    • Package the item securely, include the original packing slip, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
    • You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
    • Mail the item to: Rudy's Returns Dept., 147 Main Ave W, Twin Falls, ID.
  2. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

    The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival:

    • Perishable Goods: Including, but not limited to, uncured meats, baking ingredients, spices, and custom food mixes.
    • Classes and Events: Registration fees for cooking classes, wine events, and presentations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the separate Class/Event Terms and Conditions.
    • Used or Opened Items: Any item that has been used, opened, or removed from its original sealed packaging (including electronic appliances).
    • Gift Cards and items marked as Clearance or Sale.
  3. Damaged or Defective Items

    If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

    Please provide photographs of the damage to both the item and the packaging, along with your order number. We will assess the damage and, at our discretion, arrange for a replacement, repair, or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

  4. Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5-7 business days), we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    Approved refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 10-14 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

    Store Credit Option: For your convenience, approved refunds may, at the customer's request, be issued as a Rudy's Store Credit.

3. Policy Modifications

Rudy's reserves the right to modify this Shipping and Returns Policy at any time. The policy posted on our website at the time of your purchase will govern that transaction. Please review this policy prior to making a purchase.
