PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE

Rudy's may photograph, film, videotape, or otherwise record cooking classes, demonstrations, tastings, dinners, private events, workshops, and other activities for business and promotional purposes.

1. CONSENT TO PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING

I grant Rudy's and its authorized representatives permission to photograph, videotape, film, record, and otherwise capture my image, likeness, appearance, and voice while I attend or participate in a Rudy's class or event.

2. PERMITTED USES

I grant Rudy's a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and other media in which I appear for Rudy's legitimate business and promotional purposes, including its website, social media, advertisements, email communications, printed materials, public relations, training materials, and other promotional content.

3. NO COMPENSATION OR APPROVAL RIGHT

I understand that I will not receive compensation for the authorized use of my image, likeness, appearance, or voice. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs, video, advertising, or other materials in which I may appear.

4. RELEASE

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Rudy's and its owners, members, officers, managers, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from claims arising from the authorized use of my image, likeness, voice, or appearance, including claims for compensation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or similar claims.

5. MINORS

If the participant is under eighteen (18), this consent must be provided by a parent or legal guardian. By accepting on behalf of a minor, the parent or guardian represents that they have authority to grant this media consent for the minor to the extent permitted by law.

6. GOVERNING LAW; SEVERABILITY

This Media Release is governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder shall remain in effect.
