Roman Street Pizza (pizza al taglio) for KIDS!

Roman street pizza is a style of pizza called “Al Taglio”, which is a large, rectangular pizza loaded with toppings, cut with scissors into quadrilateral slices and sold by weight on the streets of Italy. In this class kids will learn how to roll out dough, learn about different sauce bases, and use unique pizza toppings rarely seen on pizza outside of Italy.
