Our Current Open Positions

Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by sharing your expertise and enthusiasm for cooking and kitchenware.
Create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for all customers, fostering a sense of community within our store.
Assist in receiving and merchandising products to inspire creativity and curiosity in our customers.
Operate the Point of Sale system efficiently and accurately.
Actively contribute to a positive, creative, and fast-paced team environment.
Participate in occasional cooking classes and wine events, which may require evening hours.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Capable of moving freight (up to 50 lbs.) on a regular basis.
Numerous trips up and down a flight of stairs.
Must be comfortable learning to use a hand truck down the stairs.

Qualifications:

A genuine passion for cooking, food, and creating memorable experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and build relationships.
A curious mindset with a willingness to learn and explore new culinary trends and products.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and inviting demeanor.
Strong team player with a collaborative spirit.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as climbing stairs and moving freight.

Hours:

Full or part-time, 25 to 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
Store hours: Weekdays and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00* p.m.
*Closing hours will vary 6-9 PM, depending on the day.
Occasional evenings for cooking classes and wine events (approximately two times per month, until 9:00 p.m.).
